Please pack the item securely and, if possible, use a tracked shipping service. Once I have received the returned item, or proof that it has been sent back, I will process your refund without undue delay.

Please note that commissioned artworks and custom-size prints made to individual specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please send me an email with photos so I can help as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier,
– took possession of the goods;
– in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by you as part of a single order and delivered separately, took possession of the last goods;
– in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to me without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Non-Existence of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to:
– commissioned artworks (individually made)
– custom-size prints (prints made according to your individual measurements in cm)

Note: Statutory warranty rights (e.g. in case of defects) remain unaffected.

– Please enclose certificates/documents where applicable, if they were part of the delivery.

Transport Damage

Please report any obvious transport damage, if possible within 7 days of receipt, together with photo/video evidence, so that I can help quickly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
